I just wanted to say what a brilliant time I had this weekend with Daljit´s yoga teaching. She has been a joy to learn from and I feel my yoga practice has benefited more in a couple of days than in the 15 months I have been practising so far.  She was patient, explained things brilliantly and brought real joy and care to the whole weekend. yay for Daljit thanks Abigail

The classes Daljit facilitated were really enjoyable. Daljit adapted the classes to meet the needs of the group who had varying degrees of mobility issues.  They found the seated yoga to be accommodating to their physical health in enabling them to preform moves that helped with their flexibility/mobility.

The classes were refreshing in giving the participants a different perspective on how yoga could be performed in different ways. One comment was “they never knew yoga moves could be done whilst seated and that was a bonus”.
